ANC 2D's Written and Oral Statements on the Foreign Government Owned Vacant and Blighted Buildin

In advance of ANC 2D's special October meeting on Thursday, October 4th, the ANC is distributing Commissioner Ellen Goldstein's written and oral statements that were delivered during the DC Council Committee of the Whole's September 26th hearing regarding DC Council Bill B22-0465 - the "Foreign Government Owned Vacant and Blighted Building Amendment Act of 2017."

The written statement can be found here and the oral statement can be found here. ANC 2D is planning to formally consider a statement in support of the proposed legislation during the October 4th special ANC meeting.
