Join The Lab @ DC at Form-a-Palooza
Have you struggled with confusing government forms? No more! At Form-a-Palooza, we’ll put pen to paper and rework several high-profile District forms with design and behavioral science experts and you - District residents.
Featuring welcome remarks by Mayor Bowser, City Administrator Rashad M. Young, a keynote by Cass Sunstein (Harvard professor, Obama appointee to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, and best-selling author), and experts such as David Yokum, the Center for Plain Language, and DC government staff.
All are welcome. No prior experience needed. Come ready to work! You'll be able to select which form you work on when you arrive at the event. To keep table numbers balanced, form selections will be filled first come, first served. Questions? Contact the.lab@dc.gov
