Minutes ANC2D meeting June 21, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 705 pm

A quorum could not be established

There was no Treasurer’s Report.

Minutes from the May meeting could not be approved

DC Gov’t:

MPD:Srg McDonald reported increase in cars being broken into, increase in tagging

No representative from the Mayor’s Office

CouncilMember Evans’ office: Sarina Loy present

Neighborhood Groups:

Call Boxes launched website www.sheridankaloramacallbox.org

Kalorama Village: asking members to renew; planning fall wine tasting

Old Business:

Jim Clay from Child Development Center at 2201 P Street provided further details to questions raised at last months meeting; brought letters of support

Residents from Kalorama Circle and Belmont requested WASA to look for other areas to store equipment

Traffic calming discussed regarding raised crosswalks; Friday traffic at mosque; parking associated with mosque

New Business:

There was no new business

It was announced the next meeting would be held on Sept 20, 2010 and the meeting was adjourned at 755pm.
